The Community Government Learning and Development (CGLD) division supports community government staff and elected officials in developing the skills necessary to serve their communities. The division delivers and coordinates learning opportunities in various aspects of day-to-day community government work.

CGLD provides learning solutions to address specific needs identified by community governments. These needs are most often met through:

Learning is offered to two audiences: governance for elected leaders and operations for local government staff.
