An hour-long webinar intended to help community governments develop a community addressing guidelines in advance of the territorial roll-out of a 9-1-1 Emergency Response system. Discussed is why you would want to create street names and house numbers, who has the authority to enact such changes, components of a good civic addressing system. The video is full of examples of NWT communities who have already made the changes or are in the process.
