MACA Community Government Learning and Development (CGLD) delivers community-based workshops for strategic planning sessions, new council orientations, and custom workshops for other established learning needs, upon request. Workshops are coordinated by regional Learning Development Advisors who can be contacted through the MACA Regional Offices.

Workshops delivered by CGLD are considered non-formal learning opportunities that do not offer credentialing or certification in a specific field. These learning spaces provide a rich environment to discuss legislative requirements, best practices, and solutions unique to NWT community governance and operations.
