Webinars
Webinars take place online to offer short, targeted learning for participants. Webinars can use meeting conferencing tools (such as MS Teams or Zoom), collaboration software (such as Mural) or more sophisticated virtual classroom software to host participants. All MACA Community Government Learning and Development (CGLD) webinars use software that is free for participants.
Live webinars
Live webinars offer an opportunity for community government workers from across the NWT to interact with each other and with the facilitator for learning in a variety of subject areas. If you have ideas for webinars that would be valuable to your organization, please contact your regional Learning and Development Advisor through the MACA Regional Offices.
Pre-recorded webinars
Most webinars are recorded and available on MACA Learn after they take place. Search the subject categories on the MACA Learn to find pre-recorded webinars that may be of interest to you.
