COMMUNITY GOVERNMENT TOOLKIT
Welcome to the Community Government Tool Kit! This is an electronic resource site for NWT community government leaders and staff. The main purpose of the Tool Kit is to provide an overview of essential, ‘need to know’ information for leaders and administrators on key issues facing community governments in the NWT. It is intended to be one-stop shopping with links to other resources for additional details and support. The Toolkit includes manuals, guides and overviews on the topics that are important to community governments.
MACA is continuously compiling and updating key information for the Tool Kit. This will be an evolving resource and we will be providing new information and updates at least every two months – new items will be highlighted so that you can recognize changes from the last time you looked. Therefore, please check the Tool Kit often as resources will be added on a continual basis.
MACA would like to thank the NWT Association of Communities and the Local Government Administrators of the NWT for their assistance and support in reviewing content and advising on what is essential information for community governments.
