Community Government Resources - Community Development
Community governments face significant challenges in adapting to change in today's North. Self-government and land claims, difficult social, fiscal and economic conditions, the global economy and the shift to an information-based society can all have an impact on the overall quality of community life.
MACA assists community governments in managing this change. Through the Community Development Fund, MACA provides programs and services, advice and funding to help increase a community's capacity.
