The information in the NWT Water Quality Database has been prepared following the practices established by the GNWT for evaluation of community water quality. It is a snapshot of the water quality at a specific moment, based on testing done to water samples form the water source of the community.
Neither the GNWT, nor any other person, including, without limitation, employees, agents, or independent contractors, of the GNWT involved in the water quality database:
- shall make any representation of warranty whatsoever that the information contained in the database is complete or accurate; or
- shall under any circumstances be under any liability whatsoever to any person for loss, damage, or expenses, of whatever nature or kind, arising or resulting directly or indirectly, whether in contract or tort, from reliance on the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in the reports obtained from this database.
