Mail Merge

The following links will take you to various mail merge documents. If you find any of this information to be out of date please E-Mail us immediately.

Distribution Lists

Instructions:

  1. Left click on one of the above links
  2. In the "File" menu in the top left, press "Save as"
  3. When the save as window appears click on the "Save as type" drop down box at the bottom and select Word Document (*.Doc)
  4. Choose an appropriate file name and location and then use as you would a normal mail merge document

Alternate Method (Works in Mozilla Firefox):

  1. Right click one of the above links and choose "Save Link As"
  2. Choose a location to save the file
  3. Go to the location, right click the file and choose "Open With"
  4. If Microsoft Word does not appear in the list select "Choose Program"
  5. Select Microsoft Word to open the document

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once saved to your hard drive, the mail merge will NOT update from the database. To ensure you are using the latest information you must download the document again from this page.
